ArtSpective LLC provides research-tested implicit bias training programs for groups and individuals. These innovative programs, developed by experts at the University of Michigan, use proprietary art and museum-based methods to facilitate perspective taking and self reflection in a psychologically safe environment. Participants will learn how implicit biases develop and how to disrupt them. The training is designed to improve employee encounters with clients, customers, and each other, ultimately contributing to organizational goals and outcomes.
